Measure around your dog's neck where the collar normally sits. This is crucial whether you are looking for dogs with dresses or more formal dog suits. Make sure the tape measure is tight enough not to slip, but not so tight that it squeezes the dog. Record the measurement in centimeters for an abundance of style.
